For caravans, motorhomes, horseboxes, sporthomes & garden water butts "Nut In" comes with relevent nut and washer, although with a bulkhead it works slightly different to a standard "nut in" fitting  whereas a conventional fitting would just have a nut this has a second hose connector so it can be used as a hose pass though into the tank rather than having a completely open hole in the Tank.
